*Please Note: Before joining us for daycare or overnights, each dog must have a 4 hour evaluation with our behavioral consultant. Evaluations are $45.

REQUIREMENTS

Reservations are required for daycare and lodging.

Dogs should enter the facility ON LEASH with a quick release collar so that staff can efficiently take them on and off.

Retractable leashes, prong collars, shock collars, and choke chains are not allowed.

All dogs entering the facility for daycare/lodging are required to have an up to date Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper and Annual Fecal Test. It is the responsibility of the owner to keep these up to date in order to attend these services.

Dogs must be in good health and not have had or been exposed to any contagious illnesses within 30 days prior to check in. If your pup attends other daycares or dog parks where they could be exposed to illness, they must wait 2 weeks before attending TCC.

POLICIES

One person or family is allowed at a time in our lobby. Please wait outside if the lobby is occupied by another client and leave enough room away from the door to allow for safe entering and exiting.

We require 24 hours notice for daycare cancellations and 48 hours notice for lodging cancellations due to capacity limits. During peak seasons in the summer and for holidays, 48 hours notice will be required for daycare and 72 hours notice for lodgings.

TCC closes at 6:30pm. Late pickup is offered until 7:00pm for an additional $25 charge. Any dog picked up after 6:30pm and before 7:00pm will be charged the late pick up fee. Any daycare dog still here after 7:00pm will be required to board.

TCC monitors our toys and supplies daily for wear and tear and follows a sanitization procedure to ensure that they are safe and clean for the dogs in our care. Outside bedding, toys, and bowls will NOT be accepted.
