Alycia Weir
Kennel Manager
Alycia comes from a long line of animal lovers and always had cats and dogs in her household as a child. Her passion for caring for them quickly grew into a lifelong career, and she has been working in various facets of the pet care industry for 15 years. She began her career as a veterinary technician in an inner-city animal shelter where she was responsible for supervising the well-being and rehabilitation of homeless animals. She then parlayed her experience as a vet tech and her leadership skills into a management position at a pet boarding/daycare facility where she was in charge of the daily care and medical needs of over 250 pets daily. Alycia is certified with the CATCH Dog Trainers Academy as a Professional Dog Trainer - Core Skills. Outside of her career, Alycia enjoys spending time with her family-partner Vince and her two daughters, Fallyn and Ava. They live on a small farm with Beans, their Staffordshire terrier mix, Moses, their cat, and several chickens and ducks. Alycia also spends her time fostering with a local rescue, assisting in finding special needs pets and puppies their forever homes.
Victoria Standish
Front Desk Associate
Victoria is a familiar face at TCC's front desk, and she is always ready to welcome pups into daycare with a smile. She has been working with dogs since she was a child, first starting out by dog-sitting for neighbors and soon graduating to working as a veterinary technician before coming to TCC. She originally was accepted into art school, but instead chose to work towards her associate degree in science. Victoria was inspired to work with dogs because of her family's rescue dog, Sadie who had multiple health issues requiring round the clock care. Devoted to ensuring the best life possible for her beloved dog, Victoria was the one who stepped up and did everything she could to make Sadie comfortable and happy for her 14 years of life. Now, Victoria enjoys working with her cockapoo puppy Daemon in her spare time as well as painting, drawing, reading and spending time with her significant other, Eric.
